Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the x88apk platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register. x88apk conducts mandatory KYC identity verification. Accounts opened by ineligible persons will be suspended and funds returned per applicable policy.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and approved e-wallets are processed per the published schedule. Withdrawals require full KYC clearance and are subject to standard processing windows.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity windows. Misuse or exploitation of bonuses may result in forfeiture and account suspension without prior notice.
Each player may hold exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed. Balances on secondary accounts may be forfeited. Shared household accounts require advance written approval.
Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, money laundering, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited. x88apk reserves the right to void bets and close accounts accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which x88apk holds its offshore gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in the applicable regulatory jurisdiction.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the x88apk Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. x88apk is an internationally operated offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all locations. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is governed by the Public Gambling Act of 1867 and subsequent amendments; the legal status of offshore internet betting remains legally ambiguous under Indonesian domestic law. You accept all legal risk and responsibility arising from your use of the Platform.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are ineligible to hold an Account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and agents of the Company or its affiliates; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned by the Company; and (e) individuals acting on behalf of a third party without prior written approval from the Company.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or secondary Accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts without notice and to forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, address, or identity document — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify x88apk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts on x88apk are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Displayed amounts use Western Arabic numerals with a dot as the thousands separator per Indonesian convention (e.g., Rp 1.500.000).
4.1 Verification Requirement. Prior to processing any withdrawal, x88apk requires all Players to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is also required to lift deposit limits beyond standard thresholds and to access VIP programme benefits.
4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear colour copy of your KTP Nasional (Indonesian National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo ID; (b) a proof of residential address issued within the past three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence); and (c) a recent selfie photograph holding your identity document clearly visible.
4.3 Processing Time. KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours of receipt under normal operating conditions. Complex cases or documentation requiring further review may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional information is required.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. The Company reserves the right to decline verification where documentation is deemed insufficient, fraudulent, or inconsistent with information provided at registration. In such cases, the Account will be suspended pending resolution.
5.1 Accepted Methods. x88apk accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and approved e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods may vary and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The standard minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 50.000. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods are published on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-hours transactions may require up to 24 hours to process. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times as banking infrastructure is outside its direct control.
5.4 Player Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. The use of third-party payment methods — including bank accounts or e-wallets registered to another person — is prohibited. Deposits originating from third-party accounts may be frozen pending investigation and returned to the originating account.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will not be processed until your Account has passed full KYC verification. This requirement applies to all Players regardless of deposit method, Account age, or balance size.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission during normal business operations. The Company does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes as processing is subject to banking infrastructure, AML review, and system availability. Withdrawal times published on the Platform are indicative only.
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially suspicious under its AML procedures.
6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared, real-money balances — and Bonus Funds that have met their Wagering Requirement — may be withdrawn.
7.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional incentives offered by x88apk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion's landing page. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus playthrough (typically low-edge table games and certain live casino titles) do not count toward Wagering Requirements.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers, placing opposite-side bets to lock in bonus value, or using software to exploit wagering requirements — is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to void any bets, cancel any bonuses, and close any Account where bonus abuse is suspected, without prior notice.
7.4 Validity Period. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion) will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on x88apk are subject to the Platform's applicable product rules, which are published within each betting section. The Company reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to: market integrity concerns, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
8.2 Palpable Errors. In the event of an obvious or palpable error in pricing (e.g., odds significantly out of line with the fair market due to a system error), x88apk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
8.3 Football Betting — BRI Liga 1 & International Leagues. Sportsbook rules for football markets — including bandar bola (ball-market) handicap lines, Over/Under markets, and mix parlay (accumulator) selections — are governed by the specific football betting rules published on the Platform. In general, bets are settled on the result at the end of ninety (90) minutes of regulation play plus referee's added time, unless otherwise stated.
8.4 Togel & Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Togel SGP, Togel HK, and Togel SDY — are settled using the official draw results published by the respective lottery operator. x88apk accepts no liability for delays or errors in official result publication.
8.5 Live Casino. All live dealer games provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play) are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be resolved per the game's stated disconnection policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x88apk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

10.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following tools at any time via their Account settings or by contacting Customer Support: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, temporary time-out periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who elect permanent self-exclusion will have their Account closed. x88apk will make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded Player. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
10.4 Age Verification. x88apk employs industry-standard age verification procedures. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately and all winnings forfeited per Clause 2.
11.1 Platform Availability. x88apk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst the Company targets a 99.6% uptime SLA, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.
11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagering opportunity, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
11.4 Force Majeure. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or banking system outages.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data by x88apk is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before registering.
x88apk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email and/or by a notification displayed upon login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be published at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x88apk holds its international offshore gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, Players with a complaint or dispute should contact x88apk Customer Support at the address provided below. The Company will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the competent dispute resolution body designated by the applicable regulatory authority.
14.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
